Initiating a Return:
Locate your order number: Your order number can be found on your packing slip and order confirmation email. It is a seven-digit reference number.
Visit our Help Center or contact us if you have any questions or need assistance.
Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges Policy:
We accept returns on eligible items within 15 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, the items must be in new, unworn condition with tags attached, exactly as you received them. Please note that we reserve the right to refuse worn or damaged merchandise.
Kindly note that the following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- “Before They Go” items
- Custom-made products
- Final sale merchandise
- Products specified as non-returnable in their description
- Embroidered items (final sale)

Returning Items within the United States:
Returns within the United States are easy, fast, and free. Please follow these steps:
Visit our returns portal at User Account. (After Login > Orders > Click On order that you want return > Click On Button ” Ask for Return”)
Select the items you wish to return or exchange and provide the necessary details.
Use the provided resealable shipping bag and prepaid label generated by the system when completing the return form to ship the items back to us.
Once your items are received, you will receive an email notification regarding your refund or the processing of your exchange order.
International Returns:
International returns are also free. Please follow these steps:
Go to User Account. (After Login > Orders > Click On order that you want return > Click On Button ” Ask for Return”).
Select the items you want to return and provide the required information.
Follow the instructions provided to send back your return after the return shipping label is created.
Receiving a Refund:
Refunds will be issued upon receipt of your returned item(s). Please note that damaged items upon receipt are not eligible for a refund. Refunds will be credited to the original form of payment used for the transaction. Keep in mind that credit card refunds may take up to 10 business days, depending on your bank’s processing times, to be completed.
Our Guarantee:
We stand behind the quality of our merchandise and guarantee it to be free of manufacturing defects. If you receive a defective item, we will gladly accept it for a refund or exchange.
Under our guarantee, we will cover the cost of making a claim by offering prepaid shipping for returns. To return an item under our guarantee, follow the return steps outlined above. Once your items are received, you will be notified of your refund or new order.
Please note that guarantee returns must be in new, unworn condition with tags attached, exactly as you received them, and made within 30 days of purchase. Worn or damaged merchandise may not be accepted.
Note to our Australian Customers:
Our guarantee is provided in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. It does not exclude or replace your statutory rights.
As required by law, our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. If there is a major failure with the service or goods, you have the right to cancel the service contract and receive a refund or compensation for its reduced value.
For goods with major failures, you are entitled to choose between a refund or replacement. If the failure is not major, the goods must be rectified within a reasonable time. If this is not done, you are entitled to a refund for the goods and to cancel the service contract,
