- Access our Returns Portal and provide your order number and shipping zip code.
- Once you have entered the necessary details, you can select the specific item you wish to exchange.
- After choosing the reason for returning your item, you will find the option “Exchange for a different color/length” among the available choices. Please note that if this option is selected, Limited Edition colors and styles will not be displayed in the returns portal.
- Next, you can select the desired length and Core color for your exchange item.
- Choose the size that best suits your needs.
- Before proceeding, double-check that you have selected all the items you intend to send back for the exchange. Once everything is confirmed, click on “Continue with Return.“
By following these steps, you can easily set up an exchange for your purchased items. We strive to provide a seamless experience for our valued customers.
Our US customers have the option to utilize Happy Returns, a convenient return method designed for returns involving eight items or fewer.
What sets it apart? It eliminates the need for a shipping box or bag! All you need to provide are your unworn/unwashed items with the tags still attached.
Simply take your items and the accompanying QR code to a participating location. When a Happy Returns Return Bar scans your QR code, the return or exchange process will commence.

If you have eligible items, you can request a refund within 30 days of purchase. Our U.S. customers have the option to exchange items or receive store credit within 60 days from the purchase date. To qualify for a return, the items must be in new, unworn condition with tags attached, and they should be in the same state as when you received them. Please be aware that we reserve the right to decline returns for merchandise that is worn or damaged.
It’s important to note that we have specific guidelines for certain products. We do not accept returns or exchanges for custom-made items, products labeled as Final Sale, or those mentioned as non-returnable in the product description.Â

For U.S. orders
You have the option to request a refund within 30 days of your purchase. Additionally, eligible items can be exchanged up to 60 days from the purchase date. U.S. customers can exchange Core Styles and Colors for items of equal value. If you bought a Limited Edition style or color and wish to exchange it, you can only exchange it for a Core Color or Style of equal value. Limited Edition colors and styles can be exchanged exclusively for Core Colors and Styles of equal value. Please note that exchanges are processed only when the return label is scanned, so it’s important to drop off your return promptly after initiating the exchange.
To begin a return or exchange, please click here and Login > Orders > Select order that you want reyurn > Click on Ask for return buton. Once you have selected the item for return, please take note of the listed date, as it indicates the final day for exchanges. Furthermore, any promotional code used on the original order will carry over to your exchange, applying the discount to the price.

To find your order number, you have several options available to you.
Firstly, you can locate your order number in various places. It is provided in your order confirmation, shipping confirmation, and delivery confirmation emails sent by Tjolo. If you haven’t received these emails, please check your Spam, Junk, or Promotions email folder.
Secondly, you will find your order number on the packing insert that is included with your order when it arrives.
Lastly, if you have a Tjolo account, you can easily access your order number and order history by logging into your account.
The Returns Portal designed for our U.S. customers is equipped to facilitate even exchanges for Classic Colors and Core Styles that hold the same value.
In the case of purchasing a Limited Edition item, the available options for an even exchange are limited to size exchanges within the same style or exchanges for our classic colors within that particular style.
If your desire is to receive a different style featuring a Limited Edition color, we recommend initiating a refund return for the original item and placing a new order for your preferred item. This approach will expedite the process, enabling you to start wearing your FIGS as soon as possible.
Once you commence your return or exchange, we kindly request that you promptly drop off your return package. Exchanges are not initiated or reserved until the label or QR code is scanned.

We are pleased to offer two return options for our customers in the United States. Before initiating your return, you can choose between Happy Returns or Box and Ship via UPS. Once you have completed the return form, you will receive a QR code generated by our system if you opt for Happy Returns. International Return Labels
For orders beginning with “GE,” we provide a complimentary return label once the return process is initiated. To begin your return, please start by clicking here. For further information, please review our Return Policy.
No, that’s not recommended. Please make sure that each return is sent individually.
Each return label has a unique code that is linked to a specific order. If you combine two or more returns in a single box, only the return associated with the label on the box will be processed. In case there are multiple labels on the box, only one label will be scanned.
If you package multiple returns together in one box, one of the returns will not be processed.
Once you have shipped your return, please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to be processed. It’s important to note that certain banks may require an additional 5 days to apply the refund to your account.
