The FIONx Protective Mask is not intended to replace an N95 mask. It is designed to be worn over an N95 mask or on its own when a lower level of protection is required or when an N95 mask is unavailable. The mask does provide three layers of protection, including an activated filter with PM2.5 BFE.

We understand that frontline workers require masks urgently, and we are collaborating with global supply chains, as well as local and state governments, to ensure that essential personal protective equipment (PPE) reaches the right places. However, for our washable FIONx Protective Masks, we have decided not to enforce a verification process for purchase.
Please note that these masks do not offer the same level of protection as N95 masks. They serve as excellent everyday masks that can be worn over an N95 or shared with your friends and family. We are specifically making them available to Tjolo customers and followers.
BFE is an acronym for Bacterial Filtration Efficiency, which indicates its ability to filter particulate matter (PM) of 2.5 microns in size.
For safety purposes, it is recommended to replace the filters after 12 hours. Each mask is equipped with three filters.

We offer the FIONx Protective Mask in two sizes: S/M and M/L. The S/M size is specifically crafted for smaller faces or for wearing independently. It provides a close fit with its contoured design. On the other hand, the M/L size is suitable for all face sizes and is intended to be worn over your personal protective equipment (PPE) or on its own. It offers a more spacious fit while maintaining a contoured design.
